At All Saints Preschool, we believe that teachers have a unique and meaningful role as positive role models in the lives of young children.
The Teacher-Student Bond
The devoted teachers are warm and engaging and work diligently to make sure each child grows, develops, and masters skills at their own pace.
Our professional staff builds trusting relationships with each student, guiding them with care and encouraging self-discovery and personal growth.
Each classroom is led by qualified, experienced educators, and our intentionally small class sizes allow for strong student-teacher connections. This structure ensures a rich, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning experience for every child.
The director and teaching staff work in close partnership with families, fostering open communication and collaboration. Together, we celebrate each child’s unique strengths and support their ongoing developmental journey.

Sara Tobin is honored to serve as the Director of All Saints Preschool.
Sara lives in Washington DC with her husband and two children. She has a B.A. in political science from Franklin and Marshall College.
She is originally from NYC and moved to Washington in 2000. Prior to joining All Saints Preschool, she spent 17 years as a marketing professional primarily focused on marketing consumer and business-to-business magazines, events, and websites.
Sara is an active member at her children’s school where she served as PTA President, Committee Chair for International Night, room parent, and LSAT member. Her love of children and the school environment brought her to All Saints Preschool.
Sara joined the staff in March 2015, first as a substitute teacher, then the Preschool’s administrator, the Assistant Director, and now the Director.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing in Bethany, and reading.
