The mission of All Saints Preschool is to instill the joy of learning in a nurturing environment that reflects God’s love.

At All Saints Preschool, we believe the earliest years of life are a powerful and formative time—shaping how children see the world, build relationships, and grow as learners. We are honored to be a part of this foundational chapter in your child’s life.
Our program offers young children meaningful opportunities for discovery and exploration, both indoors and outdoors. Grounded in The Creative Curriculum, our approach supports development across key areas—social-emotional, physical, cognitive, language, and literacy—through purposeful learning through play.
While our students experience their days as play, every theme and activity is thoughtfully designed to spark curiosity, inspire joy, and support age-appropriate learning and growth.
We’ve created a loving, nurturing environment where children are known and cherished. Our dedicated teachers and staff work closely with each child, building trusting relationships and honoring that each child grows and develops at their own pace.
As a mission of All Saints Church, our school is grounded in Christian values with a dedicated chapel program led by the Family Pastor. Woven into everything we do are our nine core values taken from the Fruits of the Spirit: Love, Joy, Peace, Patience, Kindness, Goodness, Faithfulness, Gentleness, and Self-Control.
What truly sets All Saints Preschool apart is the deep sense of community. The relationships built among students, families, teachers, and staff form the heart of our school—and often last well beyond the preschool years.

Sara Tobin is honored to serve as the Director of All Saints Preschool.
Sara lives in Washington DC with her husband and two children. She has a B.A. in political science from Franklin and Marshall College.
She is originally from NYC and moved to Washington in 2000. Prior to joining All Saints Preschool, she spent 17 years as a marketing professional primarily focused on marketing consumer and business-to-business magazines, events, and websites.
Sara is an active member at her children’s school where she served as PTA President, Committee Chair for International Night, room parent, and LSAT member. Her love of children and the school environment brought her to All Saints Preschool.
Sara joined the staff in March 2015, first as a substitute teacher, then the Preschool’s administrator, the Assistant Director, and now the Director.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, vacationing in Bethany, and reading.
All Saints Preschool is licensed by the Maryland State Department of Education Office of Child Care and upholds all Code of Maryland Regulations. These COMAR regulations ensure every child’s health and safety during their time with us.
